Join us for the 2023 NYHS Celebration of Leadership!
Please join us on Sunday, May 21st, 2023 at 10 AM on our beautiful campus for a garden party to honor Mr. Steve Kaufman, with the 2023 Jack DeLeon Community Leadership Award upon his retirement from NYHS.
Mr. Kaufman is a dedicated and committed educator who has taught multiple generations of NYHS students. Through his service, he has helped shape the minds and characters of hundreds of young people.
Our Celebration of Leadership will also be in recognition of the incredible contributions of Mr. Bill Hesse and Rabbi Morton Moskowitz, Z’’L.
The Jack DeLeon Community Service Award is bestowed annually in recognition of individuals who have made significant contributions to their community and exemplify Mr. DeLeon’s Z’’L spirit of leadership, communal development and dedication to the students of NYHS and the Seattle Jewish Community.
